Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Autogen Media provides customized digital marketing, advertising, and creative services.
Because each project involves strategy, time, and digital delivery specific to your brand, all payments made to Autogen Media are non-refundable once work has begun.

This policy is designed to protect both your business investment and our team’s time and resources.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once started, delivered, or accessed:

  • Social media management, content creation, or ad campaign setup.
     
  • Paid advertising management on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, or Pinterest.
     
  • Creative, branding, or consulting work.
     
  • Monthly retainers or ongoing service agreements.
     
  • Strategy sessions, audits, or one-time consultations.
     
  • Custom design, automation, or software integrations.
     

If a service has been outlined in your signed proposal, invoice, or written agreement, payment confirms acknowledgment of these terms.

3. Ad Spend

  • Client ad budgets (funds used for media buying on Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) are not the property of Autogen Media.
     
  • Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platform by the client or through a client-funded account managed by us.
     
  • Once ads are live or submitted to the platform, we cannot reverse, refund, or recover those funds, even if the campaign is paused early.
     
  • Platform performance, costs per result, and algorithmic changes are beyond our control and do not qualify as grounds for refund.
     

4. Cancellation of Services

  • You may cancel recurring or retainer-based services by providing at least 30 days’ written notice via email to support@autogenmedia.com.
     
  • Any work or ad campaigns already initiated during that 30-day period will continue through the cancellation date.
     
  • You remain financially responsible for all services rendered and ad costs incurred before the effective cancellation date.
     
  • If you cancel mid-month, the current billing cycle is not refunded or prorated.
     

5. Deposits and Upfront Payments

Deposits and upfront payments secure your project slot and resource allocation.
These amounts are non-refundable under any circumstance once the project has been scheduled, regardless of future cancellation or delay.

If a project is postponed or rescheduled by you, Autogen Media may, at its discretion, apply the deposit as a credit toward future services within 90 days.

6. Termination by Autogen Media

Autogen Media reserves the right to terminate any client agreement for violation of terms, non-payment, or unethical business practices (including false advertising or policy breaches).
If we terminate a project due to client misconduct, no refund or credit will be issued.

If we cancel due to internal or uncontrollable reasons, a partial refund may be considered for uncompleted work not yet delivered.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.
All concerns must first be submitted in writing to support@autogenmedia.com, and we will review your case within 5 business days.

Filing an unauthorized chargeback for validly delivered services constitutes breach of contract and may result in:

  • Suspension of ongoing campaigns.
     
  • Termination of service.
     
  • Recovery of costs, legal fees, and damages associated with the dispute.
     

8. Refund Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

Refunds are considered only if:

  • You were charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.
     
  • Autogen Media failed to initiate or deliver any agreed work and did not communicate within a reasonable timeframe (beyond 30 days).
     

In such cases, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

9. Performance Disclaimer

Marketing outcomes (including traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions) depend on numerous factors such as market competition, product quality, offer structure, and audience behavior.
Autogen Media does not guarantee specific performance results or financial returns and no refund will be issued based on campaign performance.

10. Changes to This Policy

Autogen Media may modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will always appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
