Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from AutoGen Media through
autogenmedia.com or through official Stripe payment links.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason. Because our services involve immediate
allocation of time, labor, and creative resources, payments cannot be returned once processed.

When Work Begins

Work begins immediately after payment is confirmed. This may include onboarding, strategy planning,
content planning, asset review, account setup, and production

Payments and Billing

All payments must be made through autogenmedia.com or through official Stripe payment links.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to
charge your selected payment method for recurring fees.

Subscriptions and Cancellations

If you are on a monthly plan, your subscription is billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any
time to stop future billing. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before your
next billing date.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Service continues through the end of the current paid billing period
unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing issue, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks or
disputes may result in immediate suspension of services and may require payment of any associated
dispute fees.

One-Time Purchases

One-time services (such as website/landing page builds or profile tune-ups) are non-refundable once
purchased. If you delay onboarding or fail to provide required access or materials, timelines may shift,
but this does not create a right to a refund.
