Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined by the package(s) and add-on(s) you purchase
and any written statements of work or confirmations we provide.
Payments and Billing
All payments must be made through autogenmedia.com or through official Stripe payment links.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to
charge your selected payment method for recurring fees.
No Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before purchase.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription to stop future billing. To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, you
must cancel before your next billing date. Service continues through the end of the current paid period
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver services effectively, you agree to:
● Provide timely access to social accounts, ad accounts, websites, or other tools as needed.
● Provide accurate business information, offers, branding assets, and any required approvals.
● Respond to reasonable requests for feedback within the timelines communicated.
● Maintain an active payment method and keep your billing details current.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website or services to:
● Violate any law or regulation.
● Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code.
● Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
● Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems without authorization.
● Harass, abuse, defame, or threaten others
Intellectual Property
We and our licensors retain all rights in our website, branding, templates, processes, and
non-client-specific materials. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own your pre-existing brand
assets. Content created specifically for you may be licensed or assigned to you as stated in your
service agreement or order
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms (such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and scheduling tools).
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or other actions taken by third
parties. You are responsible for complying with third-party terms and policies.
Disclaimers
Marketing performance varies. We do not guarantee specific results (including sales, leads, follower
growth, or engagement). Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will AutoGen Media be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the
services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to
the claim.
